What is Card on Delivery?
Storrz.Com uses mobile point of sale devices provided by HDFC bank. We can accept your credit/debit card right at your office/residence. The device similar to the once you use in supermarkets.

Can I get Instant Deliver?
We do currently not offer instant delivery. Deliveries are generally done the next working day. Your orders are delivered to btw 11am and 3 pm.

Why is there a Minimum order limit for the Store?
Every store in Storrz has a minimum order quantity. This allows the stores to serve you more efficiently. The quantity is decided by the serving store.

Can I mention when I would like to receive the delivery?
Currently we do not make delivery at specific times. Generally Your orders are delivered to btw 11am and 3 pm the next working day. Our Delivery person will contact you before coming over

Our delivery person will call you before arriving at your delivery address. In the case that you are not present we will attempt to make another delivery the same day after which the order can be canceled.

Why does the page show "Can't Checkout"?
This happens in the following cases
Case : The items shopped are below the min order limit of the store.
Solution: Well , you will have to shop for the minimum qty

Solution: The system requires that you login to your account before completing the shopping. If you do not have an account then you can click on "switch to signup" link and signup. Its easy all you need is an emailid and a password.

What does Previous Orders show?
Previous orders shows all the items you purchased in your last visit . This allows you to save your shopping time . You can add all items directly to your cart in one click.

How can I check the status of my order?
Visit www.storrz.com. Click on "Order Status" link at the bottom of the page. Login with you UserID and Password that you used while placing your order. Click on Submit. You will be shown a history of all the order that you have placed along with their status.
