Order Status Inquiry
Order inquiry allows you to know the Status of your order.
Login with the Email ID and Password provided while placing the order and see your order history and status.
What is Order Status
Pending : Your order is yet to be picked up/delivered to customer
Confirmed: Your order has been confirmed for delivery
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to the recipient
Rejected: Your order was not accepted. This may happen when
we are unable to verify the validity to your order. Or when the
store is unable provide the products ordered. In both cases any
payments received will be reverted.
Using this screen you are able to know status and details of your orders. In order to see your orders you need to login first
